    ¿En qué piensa el mar?

    Yo me imagino que esta pregunta se la tienen que haber hecho los pintores de marinas desde tiempos inmemoriales. Porque de la misma manera que  con un retrato se pretende no solo reflejar el parecido físico del retratado sino también un cierto parecido psicológico ―por otra parte, lo único que pasará a la posteridad―, con el mar, de la misma manera, lo que se pretenderá es retatar su parecido: color, orilla, lugar, elementos situados en él,  así como su estado: oleaje, espuma, nivel, etc. Hace no mucho, el Reino Unido eligió como el mejor cuadro de su historia el no tan conocido, en nuestro país, El Temerario remolcado a dique…
