    L’Uragano russo

    Potrei dire che la musica dell’Uccello di fuoco di Stravinsky fece il mio primo approdo con i Balletti Russi di Diaghilev. La mia mamma me l’aveva fatta ascoltare quando ero piccola. Il Balletti Russi sono stati une revoluzione, una palla di cannone venuta dall’est, che cambiò il campo della danza per sempre all’inizio del ventessimo secolo. Basta i costumi lunghi, classici, la danza frontale. Fondati in 1909, i Balletti Russi rappresentavano un esempio di creatività ottimo, mescolando moda, arte contemporaneo, musica e danza. Lo scopo di Diaghilev era di fare conoscere l’arte russa in Occidente. Ci è riuscito accircondato dai più grandi pittori, compositori o ballerini. Picasso, Matisse, Braque, Bakst,…
